We interviewed the founder, director, and the one who created Hot Propery - Leon Carlile.

Leon created Hot Property in 2002 and worked in the company ever since. For Leon, his job is a career.

He's built a career out of real estate and he looks after all facets of real estate from commercial, sales, and leasing through to residential. He also does land subdivisions with developers.

Leon is a commercial and residential builder which is why he looks after commercial sales and leasing as well as residential and land subdivisions.

Over the last 10 years, he has been a developer himself which helps him work with his developers when they do land subdivisions and unit projects.

Thus, he definitely has a pretty good grounding from building, through the real estate, sales, and the leasing side of the business.

He enjoys seeing the look on people's faces once they either sign a lease or starting a new business, or they've just lease the tenancy office; or when they've bought their first block of land and they come back and show the plans and they're about to build; or maybe it is just their first house that they bought.

For Leon, the look on the people's face, and the excitement are the reasons, why he really does his job.
