The beauty with commercial property is you are not limited to a shorter lease term as compared with residential properties which are usually up to 6 or 12 months.

With commercial you have the option to have leases for 5, 10, or possibly more years. 

 

3) Oncharging Services, Maintenance, and Other Fees to Tenants.

In commercial properties, you can definitely on-charge services, maintenance, and managing fees to your tenants as part of the outgoings.
