One of our main focuses in 2005 has been the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation Children`s Appeal with a Race Day and Golf Day organised and all proceeds going to the foundation to purchase a special transport cot for babies needing to be airlifted. Leon presents a cheque for $4,000 to Mr Peter Rookas at the launch of the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation Children`s Appeal.

The Base Youth Centre was Qld Hot Property`s major charity for 2006 and we helped raise thousands of dollars to help this very worthy organisation that helps youths between the ages of 13 and 25 to reach there full potential and lead a healthy life.

The Empire Theatre`s Foundation History Program and Youth Program are also causes that QHP has become involved with. The Empire Theatre Youth Programs provide bursaries to up and coming youth seeking to further their studies in the Arts and the History Program preserves and promotes the moveable cultural heritage associated with the flagship Empire Theatre.

Movie Nights are held throughout the year with proceeds raised going to support local Parents and Citizens Associations such as St Savior`s College.

All agents are encouraged to support local charities such as the Safety House Program, sponsorship of sporting teams and school newsletters and days such as Jeans for Gene`s and Read Nose Day.
